Aren’t we all suckers on stories of defeats because that’s when we associate ourselves with other people and that’s where we get our inspiration and courage to “get back to the ball game and finish our game.”
So here are more stories of defeats and failures of people we never thought to be losers until of course, their stories were published here.
Bill Clinton, having served one term as governor of Arkansas, lost his bid for re-election in 1980.
