A Spa Treat For Tired Souls

I just got home, it’s already midnight and I just got home. I woke very early, about 5am, went to work and stressed my life out until 8pm then went to an informal business meeting with a friend and finally — the most awaited moment of my day — the trip to the Spa!

Osay, my very good friend and whom I consider the best, decided to pamper and treat ourselves. It was a totally stressful week and there’s no better way to end the day but a totally soothing and relaxing spa massage!

We went to my favorite spa somewhere in Antipolo. It was quite new so the facilities were great! Not to mention the price was affordable. For only Php420.00 (plus tip), we were already entitled to splurge on these —

hot bath! hey, i have always loved the smell of their shampoo and soap and
nothings beats a hot bath after a tiring day, ayt?

bubbling jacuzzi bath! uhmmmm…. the wonderful jacuzzi… the attendant said
we have 15 minutes for soaking but hell, we stayed forever and nobody, not
one, ever told us to get off! what’s so exciting, usually, there are no people
in the jacuzzi so we had the pool all to ourselves! (they actually have 2 jacuzzi,
hot and cold!)

the ice tea! actually, we were offered choices between ice tea, hot
tea and coffee but I always choose their ice tea, masarap
(delicious) eh!

the steam bath! I love their spacious steam bath room with aromatic incense
that made our stay more pleasurable.

the most awaited —- the massage!!! as usual, I chose my favorite —
the Swedish massage where there’s more rubbing
than pressing and there were lots and lots of oil all over my body!

ice tea again! this time though, osay chose to drink the hot tea.

It was Osay’s first trip to the spa and she was so delighted with the experience she wanted to come back the day after. I would say this spa is still the best one I’ve ever been to so far, comparing the price, the amenities and the service. I have always liked their attendants, very courteous and assisting. Always smiling and attentive. I know I’ve been very convincing… I was not even paid to promote their spa. I just love going there and be pampered I want the whole world to know.
