I never had or experienced a dreamless sleep (or even a dreamless nap). I’m not sure why I dream so much, some say probably because I’m such a creative person, but at times, I feel like something is wrong with me.
Anyway, last night, I had one of those unpleasant reveries. I dreamt that the soft and thin hair strands on top of my lips (what they call moustache for men) suddenly became thicker and longer that I looked like a female bandit! Fortunately, when I woke up and looked at the mirror, the hair still looks the same.
That dream though left me thinking, what if that really happens? What if I suddenly grow moustache that is not befitting of a woman (not exactly lady-like though)? Will I resolve to using hairs that wont go away Albany NY products like my officemate whose problem was her thick hirsute legs?
I remember whan I was younger, I had a suitor who was so fixated with my “cute mustache” (as he referred to it) that he would dreamily look on it for more than 20 minutes until I yell at him to stop staring. I’ve always thought that my mustache looked really awful until I met him.
It made me happier also that my mustache was not that bad, as in it’s not that thick and long unlike the ones I saw in other girls or the one in my dream. Today, I again saw something in me that is worth thanking God for.
It was a great weekend and there’s no better way to start the day but thanking God for all the blessings we have received.
