If you noticed in my photos, you’d realize I seldom post photos showing off my whole body. I usually take pictures of my face which I kinda like. That’s because I’m on the heavy side and I don’t look good with a whole body photo because of my “big physique.”
Last year, I tried slimming down. I even took top diet pills to help me lose weight. It was amazing how the diet pills worked, I lost more than 10 pounds in a week! Unfortunately though, I noticed that my urinary tract infection or UTI was also aggravated in that same week I was taking the pills aside from having intense palpitation which was really freaky.
My OB advised me not take the pills anymore and needless to say, I immediately gained what I lost… and more. All these things were brought back to my memory because my good friend was asking me just a couple of days ago if I already heard about the diet pill she was taking, the name was zhen de shou (or zen de zhou). Another friend was taking diet pills, a top herbal pill from Korea according to her, and it seem working for her alright.
I hope my dear readers you can give me and my friends some feedback about effective diet pills you have or your friends’ used because for some time now, I’m thinking of taking some again. I need it you know. 
Feedbacks for this post will be greatly appreciated. Please don’t advise us anymore about plain exercises and proper food intake because we know those stuff already. We just wanted effective diet pill products or alternatives that would assist us in our dieting efforts. Thank you!
