Good news to all! Marikina, together with the Department of Foreign Affairs, will again hold a one-day Mobile Passporting at the Marikina City Hall Quadrangle on October 18, Saturday, 2008. For those who are interested, submit your requirements to the Marikina City Civil Registry (CCR), located at the ground floor of Marikina City Hall, between October 1 to 4 and October 6 to 11 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Only those with complete requirements and who submitted on the said dates will be entertained on October 18.

Requirements for New Applicants
- duly accomplished application form (forms available at the CCR)
- NSO copy of birth certificate (NSO have satellite offices in Pasig City, Montalban and Makati)
- NSO copy of marriage certificate (for married women only)
- at least 2 valid ID’s and/or other proofs of identification indicating full name, date and place of birth and citizenship
- 3 pcs. passport sized pictures (against a royal blue background)
Requirements for Applicants for Passport Renewal
- duly accomplished application form
- xerox copy of the inside front and inside back pages of old passport, xerox copy of page containing stamp of latest arrival and departure, if applicable.
- 3 pcs passport sized pictures (against a royal blue background)
Requirements for Lost Passport (Expired Passports Only)
- duly notarized affidavit of loss
- refer to requirements for first time applicants.
Approved passports will be released on November 8, 2008. Processing fee is P750.00. Thank you Dennis for the information and for helping me secure my very own passport too during the last mobile passporting.

Hi just want to ask when will be the next mobile passporting in our town? I didn’t know it was last week. too bad now i needed to go to DFA. Hope we will still have one this year.

there will be another mobile passporting in the next three months i believe. the mobile passporting is conducted by city civil registry every three months. watch out for the sked of the next one by subscribing to the feeds. thanks!
