Everyone will surely enjoy the annual Halloween parade and costume contest in Marikina. This year’s theme is Tayo Na Sa Dilim (Let’s Go In The Dark). The participants will convene at 5:00 P.M. at the Plaza delos Alcaldez in front of the city hall and will culminate at the Riverbanks Activity Center.
