Calling all those who love drawing and wanted to become an animation artist, the Center for Excellence would be conducting pre-screening for applicants for 2D Animation Scholarship. If you are interested or may know someone who maybe interested, make sure to copy or print this list of qualifications —
I Marikina Residents, proof of which would be presentation of Voter’s ID for applicants 18 years old and above and voter’s ID of parents for applicants below 18 I
I Age: between 14 to 35 y/o I Educational attainment: At least High School Level I
I With Basic Drawing Skills I 1 pc. 1×1 ID picture I
I Photocopy of Barangay Cedula or Barangay Clearance I
I Age: between 14 to 35 y/o I Educational attainment: At least High School Level I

I Photocopy of Barangay Cedula or Barangay Clearance I
Once you are eligible and have completed the requirements, come personally and submit it to the Center for Excellence located at the 2/F of Marikina City Hall. You will be asked to fill-out an enrollment form and attend the pre-screening on November 10, Monday, time will be disclosed to pre-enrolled applicants only.

that’s really great program, i will help a lot of kids who got talent to learn more and improve their craft. i wish we also have that kind of program here in our province.
