I received a lot of questions on the schedule of the next Mobile Passporting. You can just imaging how thrilled I was when my friend, Dencio, announced the new schedule for Mobile Passporting in Marikina this February.
The submission of requirements would be on January 19 to 24 at the City Civil Registry of Marikina located at the ground floor of Marikina City Hall. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) will be at the city hall quadrangle on February 7 for interview and payment. All those with complete requirements should come on the said date. Payment fee is P750.00
Release of approved passports will be on February 21, also at the city hall quadrangle. Here are the requirements:

- duly accomplished application form (forms available at the CCR)
- NSO copy of birth certificate (NSO have satellite offices in Pasig City, Montalban and Makati)
- NSO copy of marriage certificate (for married women only)
- at least 2 valid ID’s and/or other proofs of identification indicating full name, date and place of birth and citizenship
- 3 pcs. passport sized pictures (against a royal blue background)
Requirements for Applicants for Passport Renewal
- duly accomplished application form
- xerox copy of the inside front and inside back pages of old passport, xerox copy of page containing stamp of latest arrival and departure, if applicable.
- 3 pcs passport sized pictures (against a royal blue background)
Requirements for Lost Passport (Expired Passports Only)
- duly notarized affidavit of loss
- refer to requirements for first time applicants.

Sayang, pwede ka sana sa Marikina ma-apply kasi pwede ring kumuha ng passport don kahit di taga-Marikina.

hi sir. very informative post. i am planning to have mine renewed at passport.com.ph but their fee is P1300 as compared to just P750. By the way, sila na ang mag-schedule ng personal appearance right? Eh pano po yung releasing? Thanks!:-)

Oops, releasing pala is on Feb 21. I am guessing baka may option to just have the passport shipped sa bahay dun sa DFA mismo ano?

hi chris! ang alam ko, pag hindi mo nakuha sa releasing date ang passport, it will be brought to DFA and don mo na lang kukunin. I don’t think they will deliver it, sa dfa mismo mo sha kukunin.
