One of the readers of this blog, an interior designer by profession, recently left a feedback on how he liked this blog thereby offering me a complimentary design assistance. I was so excited about it of course. I love beautiful houses and I would love to have my house designed by a professional interior designer.

When I got home that night, I looked around our living room to check if indeed the idea might work for our house. In the end, I dismally decided that my house and my budget are both not yet ready for any drastic and major interior design renovation. There’s so much to be done all over the house and that’s something I can’t afford right now.

I remember the week before, while I was strolling in a mall, I saw these lovely wall fountains on display and they’re not just pretty and relaxing decors, they also produce water sounds that sends you to waterland and puts you either to sleep or in the mood. I really love it and at that instant, I was thinking how it would look like in our living room.

As a working mom whose stress is always at the high level, it is important for me to go home to a house that looks pleasing to the eyes and would put me in a better mood. I have fantasies as to how our home would look like after a major renovation but all of these would have to be set aside for now because of financial constraints. I am thankful that there are readers like Mon who would love to help me out on achieving this dream. I’m sure it would come into reality in the future. I’d keep my fingers crossed.
