This article is in response to the previous one on a Marikenya reader, Rachelle’s, inquiry regarding the Mega Jobs Fair this February.
I personally inquired from Marikina Public Employment and Services Office (PESO) Chief, Mr. Gil Munar, regarding the Jobs Fair. He said the event would happen on February 13, 2009 at the Marikina Sports Park (MSP) from 8AM to 3PM.
The good news is that to date, PESO was able to mobilize 12 overseas employment agencies and 42 local companies to join the said jobs fair and provide employment opportunities to Marikeños.

For prospective applicants of the jobs fair, bring multiple copies of your resume and identification cards. Also, come at your business casual attire and be ready for an on-the-spot interview.
