The same question was asked by Flor in this post, Good News  Mobile Passporting in Marikina Again!
I have checked with the City Civil Registry of Marikina on this and I was informed that the tentative date for the mobile passporting is in October, this year. This is indeed good news as you need go to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to apply for new passport or passport renewal. If you’re from Marikina or live near Marikina, you can get your passport in this city conveniently.
If you’re interested in applying for passport this October, better be prepared with the requirements. Read this and be guided:
I Requirements for New Applicants I
- duly accomplished application form (forms available at the CCR)
- NSO copy of birth certificate (NSO have satellite offices in Pasig City, Montalban and Makati)
- NSO copy of marriage certificate (for married women only)
- at least 2 valid ID’s and/or other proofs of identification indicating full name, date and place of birth and citizenship
- 3 pcs. passport sized pictures (against a royal blue background)
I Requirements for Applicants for Passport Renewal I
- duly accomplished application form
- xerox copy of the inside front and inside back pages of old passport, xerox copy of page containing stamp of latest arrival and departure, if applicable.
- 3 pcs passport sized pictures (against a royal blue background)
Requirements for Lost Passport (Expired Passports Only)
- duly notarized affidavit of loss
- refer to requirements for first time applicants.
