Do you have a facebook account? If you do and you have plenty of time to enjoy “facebooking,” you are probably addicted now with the various applications facebook has for its members like free online games and quizzes.
There are so many fun facebook applications which entertain its million of users including applications providing daily horoscope and other messages. I do have a facebook account but much as I wanted to try a lot of these application, I lack the time. But since my friends are, I always get to hear giggles, laughters and sometimes, expressions ending with sighs showing how they were touched by a particular message, thought, or quotation.
Today, as I am waiting for my power and energy to come back, my friend startled me with her hapy reaction about the message of the fortune cookie (spelled as kookie at facebook). She read it to me and no doubt, the message also touched my heart and just confimed my hardworkwill pay off and my faith should always be renewed. Here it goes:
Pray for what you want, but work for the things you need.
God always find ways on how to boost our morale whenever we needed a poke. Today, I felt so down and weak and He used facebook to give me His message. I got it Lord, thanks.
