		<description>lobe... mail won&#039;t reach you in time , this was tried already by centex in the past. cellphones are not an option for communication dahil wala namang call card allowance ang centex to text you and the center do not have just you as applicants. the training is free already, can&#039;t you exert effort to call the center to follow-up on your application? enrollees should act as a stakeholder too in any program, dapat responsible both parties hindi yung lahat na lang inasa sa provider.</description>
