This year, I am trying to grow my hair long again just to try a new look. The problem is whenever my hair length reaches my shoulder, my hair loss problem is aggravated. As in suddenly, hair falls everywhere which really freak me out.

Hair fall is a common aging problem right? My husband share the same dilemma as I do but his “problem” is much bigger than mine (see his photos from previous articles). I used to have long, straight and thick hair which was my crowning glory back in high school. My hair started thinning out when I delivered my first born and since then, it never stopped thinning out.
In my efforts to grow my hair back the way it used to be, I already tried some simple solutions like hair loss shampoos, hair strengthening solutions, and even aloe vera mixtures. Any idea what effective hair vitamins to put on or take to fight hair loss?
If you have shared the same woes and know of certain solutions, please share it with us. We would really appreciate recommendations.

your shampoo might be too strong … try using mild shampoo for a while … i used to pick up hair by the handful after a bath, until i changed shampoos (and diluted them before applying on my hair) … and don’t shampoo everyday, wear something over your hair when traveling with the windows down so it won’t get dirty
if it continues, consult a dermatologist as it might be a scalp condition problem … if all else fails, consult a psychologist, you might be too stressed out without knowing it
hope this helps
