The enrolment period starts today until March 31, 2010. All interested residents from Marikina must enroll personally at Center for Excellence (CENTEX) located at the 2nd floor of Marikina City Hall. To register, you must bring the following documents:

francis… go to comelec and inquire about the certificate they provide for potential voters since registration period has already ended.
john… just present the stub you were given when you registered with comelec. if you do not have this, go to comelec and ask for any certification as a proof that you registered.
kailangan po ba completo yung requirements?? wla xc akong voters ID. nde ako nakahabol last sa registration.

planning to take the welding course … that means it it is around 60 hours or more of lectures and training … and would not take more than two months …

hi john! yes, its for 80 hrs only but since its conducted only every saturday, it will take more than 2 mos.

hi anna! centex’ scholarship program is just for marikenyos only, sori abt this. what you can do though is to enroll directly at the Marikina Polytechnic College, that’s where centex sends its scholars.

i have already submitted an application for the smaw (welding) course last week. how will i know if i am one of the applicants included in the training program? when is the best time to call centex to follow-up on this matter?

john, if you enroll and centex accepted ur application, you are in. you may start following up first or 2nd wk of April.

cutiepie, cosmetology was closed for enrollment 3 wks ago. courses still open for enrolment re ref and aircon and advance welding.

Its not available anymore. Reopening of this course is subject to approval of the next Mayor.

Hi! CENTEX is not offering housekeeping courses. It has not opened one in the past also. Before, TESDA offered this course. You may inquire with them.
