Been wanting to be part of the business process outsourcing (BPO ) or call center industry? Prepare yourself for the job interview and tests by becoming part of the 200-hour Finishing Course for Call Center Agents being provided by Center for Excellence (CENTEX) of the City Government of Marikina.
CENTEX partnered with TESDA for the funding of the scholarship vouchers (Php5,000 worth per trainee) and with Magister English Training Center which is accredited by TESDA for conducting the said program. The program seeks to improve the trainee’s overall confidence by developing his/her communication skills and technical skills required from call center agents, and adeptness in responding to job interviews.
Below are the details about the free training:
Applicants must be:
- resident of Marikina
- at least high school graduate
- 18 to 45 years old
Requirements (bring original for reference):
- photocopy voter’s certification card, certificate or stub from COMELEC
- photocopy of cedula or barangay clearance
- furnished enrollment form available at CENTEX
Training venue: CENTEX training room, 2/F Marikina City Hall
Training schedule: weekdays, Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5Pm
Enrollment is on first come, first served basis.
