Good news job seekers! The Public Employment and Services Office (PESO) is organizing another Marikina job fair this month which is expected to be participated by around 60 companies which will hire employees for local and overseas employment.
The 2010 Marikina Job Fair is set this April 23, from 8:00AM to 3:00PM at the Marikina
Sports Park which is located in front of McDonald’s Bayan (Toyota Avenue,
Sto. Nino). For inquiries, you may visit PESO at the Public Services Center in front of the Marikina City Hall or call them at 681-9277.

Finding Jobs in Marikina

In the last years, one of the services of this site, Marikenya.com, is to provide announcements of job fairs and job postings in Marikina City. For this, I have received numerous messages from readers of this site who wishes to find a job.
While I wanted to help everyone to get employment, please understand that I do not organize job fairs and I am not an employer nor a recruiter. What I do to help in terms of providing employment for Marikina people is to simply post any job opportunity that reach my knowledge and publish it here so more people seeking for jobs will be informed.
I am issuing this clarification because I feel sad whenever I get letters from readers pleading that I provide them jobs. Please understand that I cannot do that, I simply can’t. Maybe if I win the lotto, I can put up a lot of businesses to help people gain employment but not now, not yet.

Marikina JOB FAIR for 2010

Good news to job seekers! The most-awaited Marikina Job Fair will be held this February 12, 2010 at the Marikina Sports Park (MSP) which is located in front of McDonalds Bayan (Toyota Avenue).
The job fair will start at 8:00AM and will end at 3:00PM. The Public Emplyment and Services Office (PESO) is expecting about sixty (60) companies to join the job fair and hopefully, will hire on the spot hundreds, or probably thousands, of job seekers who are expected to flock the mass job recruitment day.

Marikina Jobs Fair this November, Open Even to Non-Marikina Residents!

To everyone asking about potential job vacancies, take note of this article.
Good news again! The Public Employment and Services Office (PESO) of the City Government of Marikina partnered with Workabroad.ph for a Mega Jobs Fair this Novemeber 27, 2009.
The jobs fair will be held at the Marikina Sports Park (MSP) at Sta. Elena, Marikina City and is expected to hire applicants for for local and overseas works. According to workabroad.ph website, thousands of jobs will be offered and these includes opening for call center agents, nurses, administrative positions, waiters, cooks, housekeepers, engineers and lot more. Their target is to help the families of typhoon Ondoy victims to regain employment.
Unlike the previous jobs fair, this time, even non-Marikina residents will be accomodated as long as you are over 17 years old, high school, college undergraduate or degree holder.

Marikina Jobs Fair Today!

The Public Employment and Services Office (PESO) of Marikina City Government is holding a one-day Jobs Fair today, July 24, 2009. The venue for the event is the Marikina Sports Park grounds (formerly named Marikina Sports Center). If you are looking for jobs, make sure to ready yourself after reading this announcement as the jobs fair will be hold only until 3:00 PM today.
PESO Chief, Mr. Gildegardo Munar, said there will be 68 companies which will participate in today’s jobs fair that will provide employment opportunities to job seekers from Marikina.
