Too Lazy for Exercise? Let’s Make it Fun.

Staying fit is the most important issue about my wanting to go on a diet. Dieting though is just one facet of losing weight. The others includes exercising, eating the right food, and staying vice-free.

In this article, we’ll talk about exercising and how to motivate lazy bones (like me) to actually like moving and going to the gym. A year ago, I was really inspired by some friends to sign up for gym membership. The first days ran smoothly but the next few days were ordeal. I have realized that just trying to get and stay motivated to exercise on a regular basis is a challenge in itself. No matter how attractive the gym is or the package or even its promises, exercise can be downright boring and even tedious.
