It has nothing to do with rank because each employee has a vital role to play in the success of the organization.

A brilliant, gifted employee who slouches during the day and spends hours doing doing personal calls may not last. Low-key worker who puts in the hours and goes the extra mile can bring in more results and thus enjoy the recognition of his superiors.
It all comes down to one’s inner commitment to the work, the company, the clients, and ultimately his own passion for his job.
